The Administrative Department consists of the Township Administrator, and administrative staff.

 

Township Administrator

The Township Administrator is responsible for overseeing and directing the general operations of the Township, including the delivery of services to residents and the efficient operations of Township departments. They are responsible for implementing the policies of the Board.  A few of the responsibilities of the Township Administrator are:

 

  • Provide direction to Township staff.
  • Oversee personnel issues.
  • Addresses the concerns of the Township residents.
  • Responsible for the executive duties of the township
  • Responsible for informing and advising the Board of Trustees on matters affecting the Township.
  • Manages the Township’s budget as prepared by the Fiscal Officer and approved by the Board of Trustees
  • Responsible for governing daily Township operations.

 

Administrative Staff

This administrative staff works hard to keep the day-to-day operations of the township running as efficiently as possible.  A few of the responsibilities of the administrative staff are:

 

  • Cemetery sales and burial recording
  • Meeting preparation and set up for Board of Trustees meetings.
  • Assisting board of trustees where needed
  • Facebook/website maintained and updated.
  • Answering or directing questions from the residents where needed
  • Township Hall and baseball field rentals
  • Various administrative and secretarial support services to Township departments
  • Serving as direct support to the Board of Township Trustees as well as Township Administrator and other Township departments
  • Serving as liaison to Township departments
  • Oversee the maintenance of the Township calendar.
