The Township Zoning Commission consists of five (5) residents of the Township appointed by the Board of Township Trustees. Two (2) additional residents are appointed as alternate members and replace regular members when they are absent from a meeting. The term of a regular member is five (5) years.
The Zoning Commission has the duty to evaluate and make recommendations to the Board of Township Trustees regarding proposed amendments to the Zoning Resolution or Official Zoning Map, to review and take action upon detailed development plans, and accomplish such other related duties as are provided for by the Township Zoning Resolution or by law.
